Long weekend

Don't you love long weekends? Well technically I even work on my long weekends but what it means to me is not having to get up at 7:30 a.m. to get the kids to school. :) I value my sleep especially since I deal with sleep disorders! The other thing about long weekends is I have Jack home longer. THAT makes me HAPPY!
On this beautiful, sunny but cold Remembrance Day long weekend I honour the men and women who have & who continue to fight for our Freedom! :)
A special honour and blessing to my late Father who was an RCAF Pilot in WWII.
This weekend will be full of getting tasks around the house done and spending time with the family.
Skip forward to this evening ..

Got my roots & hair color all done yesterday, that was a big chunk of time. I do it myself too, partly because I'm particular and have it down to a science (usually) and partly because I have other things I need to spend $100 a month on- like food lol This time I got through the root bleaching & discovered I only had a tiny bit of golden blonde & some copper red color left. Uh oh. Trust me just the bleached hair is not pretty, yellow , worse than Barbie. So I mixed the two together and I got lucky! It turned out to be a warm blonde and somehow there's even light blonde streaks?!? I'm not complaining. Haha I'm glad because I have a bunch of shoots coming up for other websites and for kyliedeville.com. Just FYI, I was a natural blonde into my early 20's when I started to change a bit, and then really changed to a kind of dirty mousy brown when I got pregnant at 25. Hormones! lol

Halloween Party

Last night Jack and I went to my bff's birthday/Halloween party. It was fun :) Good to see all my friends again.
There was a few asshats at the pub as there usually is but all in all a fun night. Got in some dancing and of course a few drinks! ;) The server charged me for 7 pints of beer and I'm pretty sure she made a mistake because I'd be passed out after 7 beers. Anyway.. Lol

Oct. is half way done!

So far Oct. is flying by. I'm laying in bed right now with a brutal cold. Haven't had a cold in a couple of years actually so it's hitting me hard.
My awesome sexy Jack is downstairs making breakfast & doing the dishes while I cuddle naked under the fluffy blankets at 11:02 AM. Ah I love Saturdays.
Supposed to go to a birthday at a bar tonight but I just can't bring myself to. This is a stay at home sick/family weekend.
It's nice to see the sun today through the deluge of rain of the past week. Once it starts raining here there's seemingly no stop. So I'm kind of surprised.
Tomorrow is Walking Dead marathon - last 3 episodes of Season 2 & first episode of Season 3 before they air episode 2!

Renovating! :)

We (Jack & I) are in the process of renovating our bedroom! I'm excited. Very ready for a new look. We changed the original color from 'river birch' a kind of khaki to 'smoked glass' a rich greyish brown.
We just ripped up the carpet today, Thanksgiving Monday (Canada) in
preparation for white washed 'tundra' laminate (Ikea). Will also be adding deep baseboards & crown mouldings. The bright whiteness of those should offset the dark walls & furniture nicely. (One new dark espresso dresser down, another tall & one wide one & a metal bed to go)

Excited about Arizona!

I'm off to Arizona next week for shoots. I'm also excited to be modeling swim suits for Sexy Lime Surf Co.

Up and Down

I'm in a crazy mood right now, off, bummed.
The week started out very cool. I got to drive my new Kia Sorento. Finally got a new vehicle after driving my old Mama mini-van for 18+ years. I am still enjoying it. But not seeing how many years I have added to my mortgage. BLECH.
As the week continued I kept having more issues with my oldest daughter. I'll be brief. Basically I can't get her out of bed in the morning and to school on time. And in the process of trying I get yelled at and berated. FUCK. :( Comparibly it's not as bad as the shit I went through 2 years ago with her and her mentally abusive much older boyfriend. I have to tell myself this to stay sane. Oh and plug my nose and close my eyes when I need to go in her room. BLECH. Anyway it's time to get serious and take shit away from her, we shall see how it goes.
Sorry for the expletives.. it's my mood and it is my blog. lol
Anyway I'm super tired this week and no energy, headaches.. I get strings of headaches. I kind of made up my mind that I need to get something done about my apnea issues as I suspect this as being the route of it. Poor hubby has watched me stop breathing in fear many times.

Looking forward to a pretty chill weekend. The older two kids are going away on a retreat. You may think that means more Mom and Dad time but probably not. My biggest fans are the people that have had memberships to my site and bought my videos or bought panties and sent me fanmail. If you have NEVER EVEN SEEN one of my videos how can you call yourself my biggest fan? The wonderful people that are my members and particularly those that have stayed with me for a few months or even longer -yes I have some that have been with me for a couple of years as members of my site! There's overhead of the site itself (CC Bill, credit card processing etc.) plus purchasing all kinds of sexy clothes, shoes and toys, renting hotel rooms, camera equipment, some models pay photographers fees.There's also gas, heat, electricity, internet connection... all of the above! lol
Also it takes probably a good couple of hours to prepare for and shoot an update that includes stills and videos. Sometimes longer. Not to mention time to sort and edit photos and video after the fact. Definitely not just a little or no effort situation.

The Party

So just a quick note to say the party was a blast! We got there a bit late because our friend that was coming to our house first didn't get there until late. He had to crash after work I guess. We caught half of the bands set.
 I had a bit to drink and by the end of the night when the party moved back to the birthday boys house I think I was lifting up my sweater dress and showing off my thong! lol Jack was ok with it.

Saturday MILF

I tried to sleep in but I couldn't. Up at 8:59 am, guess it's better than a weekday. Lounging around a bit this morning, catching up on social media messages and fan mail.

Quick catch up summary on Xmas

So I'll quickly catch you up on Christmas!
Being away in Vegas & having spent some money I was very behind on my shopping and decorating. I wanted to go more minimal on decorations this year. I let the kids do stuff and Jack insisted on putting up a few things. We decided to do a small real tree instead of our big fake one this year. Up on the 19th but not decorated until the 24th! We just couldn't get everyone home at once! lol I spent the 10 days before Christmas running around shopping my face off, right down until the last day! Cleaning and wrapping gifts all day on the 23rd & 24th. Exhausting! And of course cooking all Christmas Day. I think it's been a while since I had ocassion where I was dying to sit and rest but couldn't even for a few minutes!!
It was nice though, had my sister and family over. My kids had a great time.
Boxing Day I slept in!!!
In the afternoon we caught a ferry to go see the in-laws for a few days and a second dinner, which thankfully I didn't have to cook for!!
I used the 4 days there to veg and reflect and take a break. Minimally on twitter. More time spent in 'real life'
C'mon don't get offended, you all know what I mean!!
Today is Jan. 16 and we had our first real snowfall of the season Friday, yesterday & getting a bit today.
We certainly don't get as much on the west coast.
I love it when it snows and we don't have to be anywhere!

A New Year!

I have not blogged for a while, it's true. All I can say is life get's insanely busy but I should be telling you about it instead right?!
Well the end of November just flew by and then off to Las Vegas I went!
I met one of my 'Subs' or 'Submissives' in Vegas for some one on one FemDom sessions. Of course expenses paid. :)

Nevermind, I'm giving you too much room to budge. I'll decide, after all I'm the Dom, this is about me!
With painfully sore feet and a very empty stomach I decided on Diablos Mexican. It's close to NY NY, bar like atmosphere and I've been there a few times so can't miss on the food. Though the service sucked this time around!
We spent a few hours there and then returned to the hotel for a quick beating and then I sent Eric toddling off to bed. He was jetlagged and I was tired of the DAMN BLUETOOTH! And I did have to get up at 5:30am for my flight.
Next day my photographer arrived from Washington State.
After some food and a trip to the Sex Shop for some gear we started shooting in the mid afternoon. 
I tried a little pee scene in the shower, first one I'd done in eons. I shot a whole bunch about three years ago for a local Canadian guy who was re-selling content to UK sites. Here I walk into a club and pay nothing all night, and I get to see pussay! lol Anyway at least the drinks were free, since I wasn't payin'. Next day Eric left at noon in a frenzie of texts, cell phone ringing off the hook and paperwork.
The rest of the afternoon I slept ... Who me hung over? Nah. ha
Rest of the night was spend eating at various establishments within the vicinity/inside the hotel and catching various live music acts.
I was tired and ready to go home. I think my photographer wanted to keep shooting and he probably deserved some more stuff for his portfolio but I was just BAGGED. And I missed hubby and the kids like crazy!!!
So that was VEGAS BABY! fun fun fun
I then returned to being way way way behind on my Christmas shopping! I'll save the rest of my catch up for another day this week.
