Halloween Party

Last night Jack and I went to my bff's birthday/Halloween party. It was fun :) Good to see all my friends again.
There was a few asshats at the pub as there usually is but all in all a fun night. Got in some dancing and of course a few drinks! ;) The server charged me for 7 pints of beer and I'm pretty sure she made a mistake because I'd be passed out after 7 beers. Anyway.. Lol

Oct. is half way done!

So far Oct. is flying by. I'm laying in bed right now with a brutal cold. Haven't had a cold in a couple of years actually so it's hitting me hard.
My awesome sexy Jack is downstairs making breakfast & doing the dishes while I cuddle naked under the fluffy blankets at 11:02 AM. Ah I love Saturdays.
Supposed to go to a birthday at a bar tonight but I just can't bring myself to. This is a stay at home sick/family weekend.
It's nice to see the sun today through the deluge of rain of the past week. Once it starts raining here there's seemingly no stop. So I'm kind of surprised.
Tomorrow is Walking Dead marathon - last 3 episodes of Season 2 & first episode of Season 3 before they air episode 2!

Renovating! :)

We (Jack & I) are in the process of renovating our bedroom! I'm excited. Very ready for a new look. We changed the original color from 'river birch' a kind of khaki to 'smoked glass' a rich greyish brown.
We just ripped up the carpet today, Thanksgiving Monday (Canada) in
preparation for white washed 'tundra' laminate (Ikea). Will also be adding deep baseboards & crown mouldings. The bright whiteness of those should offset the dark walls & furniture nicely. (One new dark espresso dresser down, another tall & one wide one & a metal bed to go)
Here's a couple of before pics. It should be nice for you guys to see my porn in a beautiful new boudoir!
