Need Your Help!

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea caused by 'severe mandibular retrognathia' or overbite & smaller than average air passages.
It causes extreme fatigue, migraines/cluster migraines, teeth grinding. I need jaw surgery to correct this but it's not covered by my medical. It first requires braces to re-align teeth & ultimately to wire the jaw to.
